Develop, Implement, Own and Operate

❝ARGES ENERJİ TEAM MMC’s first mission is to develop, implement, own and operate power plant projects as IPP (Independent Power Producer) based on Auto-Production, BOT, BOO or other models either in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia and Kazakhstan. ARGES ENERJİ TEAM MMC undertakes the responsibility of; • establishing the financial structure of the projects alone or by cooperating with other foreign/local investors and/or developers, • securing the regulatory permits and approvals required by the authorities, • Executing the projects in terms of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. ARGES ENERJİ TEAM MMC also participates in the power trading activities with either state owned enterprises or industrial end-users.
